New screenshots have hit Famitsu for Sega and imageepoch's upcoming RPG, World Destruction ~Michibikareshi Ishi~ for the Nintendo DS. These new screens and the accompanying article detail the beginning of the game's story (which will differ from the anime), and the game's Voice Equip System.

The story will begin with Morte of the World Destruction Committee and Naja of the World Salvation Committee squaring off, while main character Kyrie Irunisu is in a forest retrieving ingredients for a restaurant. However, flyers for the membership into the World Destruction Committee fall from the sky, and Kyrie is taken in for questioning. In the field, voice clips can be found in the field and then equipped so that they would be said in battle. This is the Voice Equip System.

World Destruction ~Michibikareshi Ishi~ is set to release in Japan on September 25th, 2008. The official site for the game can be found here. Check out the rest of the screenshots over at the source.
