Way of the Samurai 3 Screenshots - Slashing Your Way Through Feudal Japan

The official website for Spike's upcoming samurai action adventure game, Way of the Samurai 3 for the PS3, updated with a new video for the game and a couple new screenshots.

In Way of the Samurai 3, you take control of a wandering ronin during the Warring States period in feudal Japan. He ends up in a land called Gishu Amana, where there are three different factions at odds with one another. The choices you make during the game will affect the game's outcome.

Way of the Samurai 3 is expected to release on November 13th in Japan.

    I remember being mildly entertained by the first Way of the Samurai. I never got a chance to play part 2, but I'll give part 3 a chance.

    1) I hope this is better than Way of the Samurai 2.
    2) I hope they retain the Japanese voice language track because the english dub in WoS2 was painful.
    3) I PRAY - it is as fun and dynamic as the original was, 2 lost something, and we won't even mention the "spin-off" Way of the Samurai title set in the wild west... that was .... traumatic.

      Lmao. You pretty much got everything spot-on in that comment. The visuals/animations/mechanics look a bit lackluster considering the game's being released on the PS3, but hopefully it'll make up for it in other ways, as the first and (to a degree) second games did.
