Star Wars: The Old Republic -- new screens, wallpapers

In this media update from Bioware, we have some new screens of Star Wars: The Old Republic in tow, as well as a few dainty wallpapers (those can be found at the source). Enjoy!

This week we’d like to show you some of the action on Korriban and Tython. Our brave Jedi fights an Acklay while elsewhere a Mon Calamari confronts a Bran traitor.

After you have viewed the latest screenshots, make sure to deck out your desktop with one of our new wallpapers featuring The Old Republic concept art; some of which are new and some you may have seen before.

    I loved the first 2 games (especially the first) so much.

    And I just got Mass Effect, I hope this has our character talking and such!

    Though I've got to say whats up with the cartoony graphics?? Don't like it that much but either way if this ever makes it to consoles its a must buy for me.

    Graphics pretty much look exactly like past Kotor games, which is fine with me. I've always liked stylized games. Wouldn't feel like Kotor if it looked like Mass Effect.

    I've been looking for a new MMORPG foreeeeever, so I'll be very happy when this comes out.

    Looks good. Love the clothing of the female in the main pic, I would so wear her that. It also looks similar to the scene from the second Star Wars movie with Obi Wan.

    Man, I so badly want this MMO to survive WOW.

    I mean not even the hardcore dedicated war hammer community could resist wows charms.
