SEGA Releases More Stormrise Unit Screenshots and Descriptions

Stormrise is an RTS set in the future, where the descendants of mankind have rebuilt a great civilization...only to be torn apart by war again. It is set to come out in March for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 and will feature some very interesting control schemes for the console variants. They just released a huge amount of unit screenshots and very lengthy descriptions, so enjoy!

SEGA has released some more unit screenshots and descriptions for their upcoming RTS, Stormrise. Being developed by Creative Assembly, Stormrise chronicles the survivors of post-apocalyptic humanity fighting it out in the far future. The game is due out for the PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 in March of this year. Along with the lengthy descriptions of the units below, you can check out a ton of screenshots featuring them...

    Looks like Halo combined with Gears of War and turned into an RTS, to be frank. Not necessarily a bad thing, depending on how it's pulled off.

    wow, those snipers are a real dud.... they've got a chunk of metal in the way! they wouldn't be able to see down the scope

    Okay, I've definitely grown an interest in this. Looks like it could be a bit of fresh air for RTS gaming. I haven't seen anything too interesting since Sins of a Solar Empire, Supreme Commander Forged Alliance, and Red Alert 3.
