Resume Play: What's behind the new MAG screenshots?

I'm sure PS3 owners around hear would have heard of MAG, the huge scale online shooter announced last year at E3. You will also know that despite there being a big lack in press releases for the game, that 28 new screens have appeared. Check out what Resume Play see behind the screenshots...

At last years E3, Sony and Zipper Entertainment unveiled MAG: Massive Action Game. However, only a brief trailer was shown along with a commentary from one of the development team. All seemed pretty average until he mentioned MAG would be the first game to host up to 256 players online into one match, and sure enough, gaming forums boomed at the prospect of picking up one of the most promising looking titles PS3 owners had seen in ages.

    As much as I like the idea of MAG, the game itself isn't my cup of tea. I grow tired of war and shooter games. I want some good games I enjoy

    Thanks for the heads up HS77. As for MAG itself, I'm personally looking out for certain FPS elements which will determine whether I make the purchase.

    I'm hoping they have a system where people that's internet isn't that strong of a connection won't be able to play. Having over 200 people in the same match could get a little laggy.
