Some brand new screenshots for the upcoming X-Men game, X-Men Origins: Wolverine have been released by Activision. X-Men Origins: Wolverine releases May 1, 2009.

Check out seven new screenshots that Activision released for X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Set roughly twenty years before X-Men, the film will focus on Wolverine's violent past, and his early encounters with William Stryker. The Weapon X program and his interactions with other mutants will be explored, including his relationship with his half-brother Sabretooth.

    I really like superhero games and all, but I'm not too keen on really gory games . . . which is I think what the devs are saying the game is. So I don't know about this one . . .

    Batman looks better but I may get this depending on reviews for it.
