New Xbox 360 Final Fantasy XIII Images

Electronic Theatre hosts twelve new images of the Xbox 360 version of Square Enix's forthcoming Final Fantasy XIII, coming to Europe early next year simultaneously on PS3 and 360.

Given the news that the Xbox 360 version is most certainly the underdog in development, today’s screenshots are reportedly taken from the Xbox 360 release, and though some have made their way into the public circuit previously, Electronic Theatre expects this to be a case of allowing for personal comparison. To which end, Electronic Theatre can see no great difference between the previously released PS3 images and those of the Xbox 360 version made available today.

      I'm pretty sure they're of the PS3 version.

      Final Fantasy XIII isn't being released in Japan on the 360 so why are these images subtitled in Japanese?

      I don't think Square Enix are THAT stupid.

      Plus, the grainy quality of the images makes me think they may even be scans from a magazine.

    As gorgeous as the game looks, I wish Squeenix would release different screenshots once in a while. We've seen nothing but demo screens for the last few months.

      The demo is actually the entire game. Sqeenix doesn't want you mto know that yet.

      Yep, we pay 50+ dollars for the same exact demo that came out in japan with advent children on blu ray!

    Well, seeing as it was only started a few months ago and already looks as good as the PS3 version, we can confirm that the 360 version will obviously come out firt. Because they'll just rush it and say "We hate you enough. Take this game and shut up." And then the Sony fanboys will rejoice, for they will get the better version.

    And then the Sony fanboy having this dream will wake up.

      It isn't.

      This must be a mix up as I'm pretty sure these are of the PS3 version.

    I just wish we could see more of this game altogether. We've seen the same demo footage over and over. Which makes me wonder how much they really have done.

      The game is 60% complete as of E3.

      There's been a fair amount of non-demo stuff since E3 too, including the new trailer as well as new screenshots.
