New screens of Ninja Gaiden Sigma

Eight new screenshots have been released of Ninja Gaiden Sigma. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a remake of Ninja Gaiden Black but with all new features. It will be the first game of the series to be on a next generation system which is the PS3 in this case. Ninja Gaiden Sigma will follow the adventures of Ryu Hayabusa, the original Ninja.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a PS3 exclusive remake of the original but with an improved combat system, updated graphics, new weapons, exclusive character, locations, and the ability to wield dual katanas.

Developed by Tecmo’s Team Ninja, the critically acclaimed Ninja Gaiden series has been lauded as one of the most intense and exciting action video games ever created. The previous Ninja Gaiden on Xbox achieved an average review score of 92% (taken from over 100 individual reviews), with Ninja Gaiden Black, also on Xbox, achieving 94% (source: Gamerankings.com). Ninja Gaiden Sigma will be the first next-generation game in the series, following the adventures of Ryu Hayabusa, the original Ninja.

    After looking at the screen shots a little earlier in the day, i got pretty hyped for this game. I never bought the first one, but I'm pretty sure I will be purchasing this one. Nice find Infinite.

    Hot-looking game indeed. But like with a few others I have never played the first game before. Hopefully I shall play it sometime soon to get a taster of what this game will bring in the future.

    You know i played NG on xbox and it wasnt all that but this is intriguing:

    Now i knew it was a remake but i didnt know everything was revamped wow, i may buy this game. And i think i will like it. Who knows this may increase sales of the ps3 if this game is awesome. And since this is an exclusive thats good for sony.

    I thought the demo of this game was kinda fun, i was thinking about picking up this game when it came out. The pictures sure do make the game look like it is going to be a hit.
