The new Xbox Live Dashboard update has been released today. LVLONE gives a quick tour on some of the new Avatar marketplace clothing that Xbox live users can look forward to.

The many gamers out there wanting to get their hands on the new dashboard update, will get the chance to experience it today. Everyone (who wants to) will now be able to deck out their avatar with some fresh new clothes from companies like Adidas to games like Gears of War. Heres a quick tour of some of the new clothes.

    I'd pay for something like a scarf or something trendy looking - but these shirts printed with developer logos? Blatent advertising, anyone?

      Well yea. How do you think this thing is getting funded? It's only a matter of time before even more sponsorships show up on this thing once they realize how many people will be promoting their companies.

    I can really only see this working well if they really up the number of LIVE avatar games like 1 vs 100. As I know for a fact my friends wouldn't be impressed by my insane purchases for an avatar. The only way these spendatures can be justified is in making yourself look unique in these avatar games. If very few games incorporate avatars i'll just stick to a basic one and save my money.
