Two Classic Characters Return For Resident Evil 5's Mercenaries Reunion

Singularity, probably not what you would say the most anticipated game of 2009, even when it was supposed to come out in the fall. The game's been pushed back to March, as most of us Greppers know, to avoid clashing with Activision's sure-hit Modern Warfare 2.
But this is an IP worth checking out, if E3 and SDCC 2009 were any indication. Just another shooter at first glance, but the time manipulation aspect is actually really fun -- not to mention the environments are eerily beautiful.

In case you haven't been keeping up, Singularity is that awesome IP by Activision and Raven Software that was originally supposed to come out this fall. Instead, it got pushed back to next spring, March 2010. Guess it'll have to compete against God of War III then, instead of Modern Warfare 2.
Either way, this is a unique kind of shooter, in more ways than one. We already know the gameplay involves time manipulation, letting the player forward or turn back time on objects to destroy or rebuild them. Add in an eerie atmosphere BioShock nearly trademarked and we've got potential. Based on my hands-on time with Singularity at Comic-Con 2009, I'd say this is one game worth looking forward to.
