A number of new and exclusive screenshots from Nintendo's forthcoming Excitebike World Challenge, set to release exclusively on WiiWare later this week.

The first Excitebike videogame debuted in Japan in 1984. Since then, the series has built up a loyal fan base, and with the release of Excite Truck soon after the launch of Wii the series was once again propelled into the spotlight. This latest instalment, exclusive to WiiWare, returns to the series roots by remodelling the original classic with dynamic 3D visuals. Players will ride their motorbike through an obstacle course in an attempt to reach the finish line in the shortest amount of time.
