A character roster screen from upcoming Wii game 'Super Smash Brothers Brawl' has been leaked onto the intertubes.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a forthcoming fighting game for the Nintendo Wii console. In Japan, the game is known as Dairantō Smash Brothers X Dairantō Sumasshu Burazāzu Ekkusu?, roughly "Great Fray Smash Brothers X"). It is the third iteration of the Super Smash Bros. series. Brawl is the first Super Smash Bros. game that features at least one character from a franchise not owned by Nintendo with the inclusion of Solid Snake from Konami's Metal Gear series. Its first official trailer was unveiled at E3 2006, while its second official trailer was unveiled at the 2006 Nintendo World Tour.

Thanks to lucky guy ‘levyjl1988′, what seems to be a character selection screen from the highly anticipated game ‘Super Smash Brothers Brawl’ has been leaked onto the intertubes.

    It's fake.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that this is fake just by fact that all the characters already unlocked are spread around all over the place. But they always put the default characters in one giant block.

Agreed... most of the pictures are generic poses found in trailers.

The fact that Peach is missing from that roster shows that it is fake. Also, Captain Falcon's picture is the same one from Melee.

Yeah like the others said, it's fake. Sure would be great to have that many characters to play as, though.

I actually think the game already is planned to have about 50 characters, so despite that the picture is fake, we still probably will get that many characters.

It's fake and not even that good. There's plenty of others spread around the web that look more realistic.

The makers of the site even seem to think that Nintendo said Mr. Game and Watch won' be in Brawl, even though that is a rumor. Nintendo never said any such thing, and if they wll believe something like that.... Well, you get it.

Just because the other characters are hidden behind question marks doesn't mean its fake, it could easily be a behind closed doors demo and those are the only characters Nintendo want if someone took a photo for people to see... The Wii really is aimed at children that can't think.

Well if what your saying is true then that means it was intensional, which means it was to advertise the game. And if thats true then it means they would try to make it look a bit more visually appealing by grouping the characters together. You are right about the children part; only someone as gullible as a child would absolutely think its real.
Plus Digg is full of these things; Ive seen like 3 different versions of this in just a few minutes.
