Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

Home just keeps getting better, according to creative director and lead artist of Home John Venables they are planning on providing customisation tools analogous with other games from day one. And while the tools will be very basic at first they promise to increase content in updates. What does this mean? Well this means that one day you may even be able to make your own clothes and objects. How do you like that?
The creative director and lead artist of Home want to push user-generated content as a feature, but recognise that moderation and the quality bar are big issues.
"From day one we're going to give [users] basic customisation, analogous with other games," John Venables told GamesIndustry.biz.
"But we will hopefully be increasing the tools that we give to users over time, to give them more control, maybe to ultimately provide their own content."
"Obviously the Holy Grail is to give people the tools to create their own things, but it's a difficult path to tread I think," said creative director Ron Festejo.
Festejo used clothing textures as an example - if users are allowed to import their own textures, how can the developers guarantee a safe environment for younger users?
"And I think that the problem is, at this point in time we can't do that just yet.

But yea, I've known about user created content for a LONG time (as have other people looking at home)....However, first I've heard of them releasing tools and stating they'll be updating tools as time goes on...
I hope it is relatively easy to make shirts and furniture....And that you can make proper custom outfits (not just a shirt with a graphic on it)....
Most likely, the actual game companies and stuff, will be using special tools/coding designed for home, and regular people would get dumbed down, more user friendly tools....So, to create really fancy stuff, you pretty much need special dev tools, or access tothe code, which is not available to the general populace....
My theory anyhow >_>
