    Yes, it is actually being published by Sega, and is being developed by Obsidian Entertainment (KOTOR II, Neverwinter Nights 2). Game Informer had a world exclusive preview on it recently.

      Thanks for that, I've updated it to have the correct developer/publisher.
      
      And I heard about it a few days ago (well I was intrigued when I got an email telling me about it, boasting that it was an Action-RPG game )
