New PlayStation Home screenshots

Home may have been delayed quite a bit more than PS3 owners would like, but at least we're getting a steady supply of media and news, right?

The screens are intriguing, displaying billboards and media promoting Sony's PlayStation Day held a few weeks ago.

We hope to be getting involved in an early beta version of the virtual world soon. We'll let you know when it happens.

      I heard either October or November around these parts somewhere. They're not sure month it will be, but definitely one of those.

    What's taking this so long can I ask? I mean, it's not exactly heavy on gameplay mechanics or anything that would be any developers Everest, they must have the base for commands, interactivity and stuff down by now pretty sorted, and how long does it take to make environments? If you ask me they are taking over a year and half to bring out something that could have been finished ages ago. =/

      There was something here awhile ago where they were saying they focused too much on sponsors than content and stuff, but now they're working back to that.

    Well the delays have been annoying, but at least the graphics and features get better every time they show it.

    Until there is a confirmed release date and Home goes gold I'm not gona care. Its been delayed for too long that I've lost interest in it.

    Home isn't going to 'Go Gold'. Going gold is the process whereby it's packaged and shipped to stores. You'll be downloading Home on the PSN so it'll never need to be packaged or shipped. I can't wait for Home and the screenshots just look better and better every time.

    I think Home is going to give the PS3 a good swing back at the hits it's been taking lately.
