Indeed, there is a social stigma that goes along with being a gamer that seems to be at its worst when dealing with the fairer sex. It’s clear that there are female gamers out there, but unfortunately the majority of them just don’t have a spot in their life for a 360. When dating, the videogame topic is one that’s often avoided until absolutely necessary.     Rock Band is good for get togethers in general, but yeah, I would guess they'd make a pretty good 'couples' game.

    I read a story last week about how Rock Band saved someones marriage.

    But seriously, Dead or Alive 4? If women ever gets their hands on that game they will be rioting in the streets.

      Maybe the overly feminist ones, perhaps. The type that would interpret a look from a male co-worker as sexual harrasment. They might be pretty vocal about it's overt sexualization of the women. But women in general? I don't think so >_>

      The media already portrays women as having to live up to a minimum ideal, look at least so and so attractive/sexy, and in order to do that, such and such has to be done to allow them to reach that 'ideal'.

      Video games aren't an exception, is all....

      Besides, at least in DOA games, they can kick serious ass....
