You may have heard recently the 1UP network has been acquired by UGO Entertainment. Well, their own Scott Sharkey -- in response to criticisms of UGO ("zomg lifestyle for gamerz! Babes, DVDs, firetrucks, lobsters" as Destructoid says) and some expected according changes to the site -- has written up a top 5 list detailing what's a'comin'. Have a read, a laugh, a little cry...

In light of 1UP's acquisition by UGO Entertainment there has been a lot of speculation as to our future editorial direction. I've been called in to do a little rumor control and to share some exciting upcoming developments with our readership. I'm sure you'll all be as thrilled as I am with what's on the horizon for us.
