Connor Beaton of zconnect.org.uk brings Valentines Day to the gamers with a top ten (well eleven really) list of games to play with your special someone on the day of romance. Who said you can't be romantic and have your daily play of video games?

Isn't playing video games the language of love? What's that you say? Is isn't? Well, it should be, because we can hardly think of a better way to spend Valentine's Day - that's this Saturday, for the uninformed - than by playing video games. Of course, being a social event that you should be enjoying with your spouse or boy/girlfriend, you'll have to make sure that the game you're playing is interesting for the other party, whether they be taking part or not. Here's our list of the top ten games to enjoy with your significant other, whatever day it might be!

    thats lame man, instead of all those games you could actually be DOING those things. Except for little big planet, I have no idea how that translates into the real world. acid trip maybe.

    Wow, that Guitar Hero World Tour pic must be the Wii version, caus those are some shoddy graphics

    O and if you even suggested Wii music to your partner, your valentines day would be pretty much over.

    if your going to play video games on valentines day with your girlfriend, boyfriend then that is sad. i do play some of those games with my girlfriend once a week but if i suggest that we play a game on the 14th then i will most likely sleep alone that night.

      How can you say that playing a game with your partner on valentines is sad? Alot of couples nowadays enjoy playing games together and think of it as a great thing to spend some time together, just because your partner is someone who doesn't enjoy gaming much doesn't mean people who do are sad.

        dude, i understood what he said. Gaming is an everyday thing. If you're gonna make it a point of celebrating valentine's day, then do something special. Otherwise don't bother with it.

          Tell that to my wife. Ever since I got Bejweled 2 on my PS3 I've had to practically beat her ass off of it to get some of my own game time in. I'm sure it will be the same on V-day LMAO

    How about this game? A nice meal in a nice restaurant, or a home cooked meal for the person in your life, perhaps some flowers and music.

      Why not? It's casual and fun, no different to going and playing tennis together. It's a good substitute if it's a rainy day.

      I wouldn't laugh if you're joking or not, to be honest. A game about zombies is not going to fly with a girl, and if it does it won't when it should be something less... scary and violent. Same with GTA, too violent for the average girl to want to play on Valentines Day, would wreck the mood.

        its a modern world man, some girls would love the adrenaline of those games getting in the mood for the main event
