Pwn or Die Blog takes a humorous look at the top ten video game athletes who may have used steroids. In a time where real sports are full of current or past steroid junkies, its nice to finally laugh about the subject, especially when its related to video games.

10. Butcher Brown - Boxing
Ready 2 Rumble

Butcher Brown is a beast of a boxer. He has an 82" reach and weighs 232 pounds on a 5'9" frame. To put this in perspective, Mike Tyson had a 71" reach and weighed 218 pounds on a 5'11.5" body. His arms are almost a whole foot longer and he outweighed Iron Mike by 14 pounds while being a couple inches shorter. This may be freaky family genes, but this smallish guy probably should be fighting in a smaller weight class rather than with the biggest of the bigs.

    Ha, good list. Pretty topical.

Why does Butcher's reach matter? Roids don't make your arms longer.

I laughed at the Mario one. The mushrooms he picks up are virtually steroids, since they power him up. XD

    Pacman uses pills? Who knew?

Haha, this list is classic. Knew there was more than nutrition in Mario's mushrooms.

    Don't forget the Master Chief.
It specifically says in the books and such that he and all the other Spartans were given high dosages of anabolic steroids.

Now, admittedly, MC may not be an 'athlete' per se, but I like to think of his sport as 'Kicking Ass.'

That "Mario's mushrooms are drugs" joke is getting oh-so old.
