Gamesradar is currently in their "Week of Hate 2009", and what better way to ruffle some feathers than to list all the popular games that they hate. So have any of your favorites made it onto the list?

You know that game you play for hours every single night, and dream about playing throughout every single day? We can’t stand the damn thing. You remember that game you treasured as a child, the one you still get warm and fuzzy and misty-eyed just thinking about? Seriously, it sucks.

What follows are the “classics” our individual staffers consider crap. The overrated gems we just don’t understand. You may not agree with us, but that's okay - in most of these cases, we don't even agree with each other.

    lol they must also hate continuity

    they hate halo 3 - and praised COD during their hate

    they hate COD - and praised halo in their hate

    *bleep*ing idiotic.

    also the bitching about guitar hero not being like playing a normal guitar fails. the game is still fun. that's like saying the sims isn't fun because you're not really paying bills and cleaning your house.

    GamesRadar's writing style is just a bit faggish IMO. No, you're not the end-all be-all judge of every video game out there just because you think your own low-grade sarcastic criticism is witty or something and you think you're clever by posting it on an advert-squeezing website that tries to suck every nickel and dime it can from its sponsors by stretching an article over seven pages and opening an advertisement window in my browser whenever I want to progress to the next one.

    Definitely will not be reading any more GamesRadar articles.

      Ads= cash.

      Produce flame baiting articles that get loads of hits + ads =$$$$$$

      Its the same type of article as top 10s, websites doing anything to get hits.

        Pretty much, yeah.
        One of my pet peeves is when people (fanboys?) say things like "you only hate the game/movie/book/etc because you don't understand it", but in this case I'd say it applies.

          Well their bashing them purely because they are popular, one guy even admits he wouldn't mind the Sims if it didn't sell so much. No one would care if they did average or lackluster titles, so they go after the big fish. Any small issues or problems will do as long as bashing it will bring in hits.

          Think of it this way. It's a compliment that its popular enough to warrant their attention.
