Every now and then we need a helping hand in a game, so it's always nice knowing that there are characters who will point you in the right direction and send you on your merry way. Unfortunately, there are also the characters who go out of their way to help...and end up becoming annoying nags. Here are Gamesradar's Top 7 Game Characters That Need To Shut The *bleep* Up ...

We need to be told what to do in a game from time to time. We rely on helpful characters to issue us with objectives and point us in the right direction. Imagine the wasted hours if they weren't there to help. Trouble is, some of them go about it all wrong and - although they're trying to help - just get right on our tits. Honestly, Navi's a joy compared with these nagging characters that need to *bleep*.

    I think I speak for everyone when I say I couldn't agree more about Rose. Damn that bitch was annoying.

    And Michelle too. I swear, I couldn't get anything done without that nag calling and asking for a date. Good thing I banged her early and got the achievement. Pretty much "wham, bam, thank you ma'am".

    I didn't mind Rose so much, but man was Michelle annoying. Meh, fun getting drunk in that game with different characters, though.

    I'm surprised that Resetti or whatever his name is that appears in Brawl isn't listed...he just goes on and on about bs.

    The list doesn't include Mr. Ressetti therefore is fail.

    I agree with Michelle, Otis and the Theme Park Guy though, they never freakin shut up

      Well, he's meant for punishment for cheating. So really it makes sense he isn't there.

      Otis is the worst IMO, since you can't even change areas while he long windedly explains what you should be doing.

    I'm playing through Dead Space right now and I can agree with this list about Kendra. She can be so annoying. Also, most of Niko's friends bugged, I hated getting phone calls from any of them.

    I couldn't agree more with Otis. Good lord. Plus, I had to listen to him closely to see what the hell he wanted because back when I played Dead Rising I had a SDTV, thus I couldn't read the text.
