Two Classic Characters Return For Resident Evil 5's Mercenaries Reunion
16 hours 3 mins ago
Here's a list that many Resident Evil fans will disagree with. Maybe not so much the characters that are on the list, but the order that they are placed in.
Go to the source for the Top 10 Women Of The Resident Evil Series...
I was 19 when Capcom released the first Resident Evil, fresh out of high school and in my gaming prime. I liked zombies and I needed a new game, so I popped it in to my Playstation and I have never looked back since. A true RE fan for life. Since 1996 both the video game and movie series have introduced us to some bonafide hotties. Here is a list of the Top 10 Ladies of Resident Evil (both pixilated and real). You can disagree if you want and you can think I'm a freak. It's a free country and I am.

here is the correct list:
1. Jill
2. Ada
3. Claire
4. Rebecca
5. Sheva
6-10 put whatever you want (aka Ashley from RE4\movie characters which no one cares about)
Seriously, was a RE4 fanboy the author?
I don't think the writer is so much a RE4 fanboy but judging by some of his remarks is someone who determines ranking by how sexy the characters are. The decision to put Ashley as No1 really says something about his tastes though.
Overall, I'll just pretend that this list never existed...because it doesn't...
Ashley should not be first. Maybe 7th or so, and thats being generous. Alice shouldn't be on the list at all. She is the main character of one of the worst movie series ever.
My top three:
1. Jill Valentine
2. Claire Redfield
3. Ada Wong
THOSE THREE SHOULD ALWAYS BE TOP THREE (in any order). I also think Sheva is pretty awesome. Definitely 4th for me.
Claire Redfield
OLD JILL VALENTINE (pre-RE5)
Ada
If Adult Sherry comes out on Darkside chronicles I'll just wait and see if she's good or not.
Then again blonde girls in test tubes didn't exactly work out in RE5.....
EDIT: Oh my god, like 7 years after it's release and I just know learned Alice's last name -.-
Also RE4 came out 11 years ago? o_0
I definitely agree with everyone here. Although I personally quite like Milla Jovovich, she does not deserve to be so high on that list.
And the crazies like Alexia and Lisa. (Those two heaps more memorable than Ashley, imo).
She was so hawt she had to wear a bag over her face so sinful mortals wouldn't view it and disgrace her.
And Alexia was hot to. BOTH forms of her =D
That being said, a little love for the Outbreak women: Alyssa (in her red dress and stiletto heels), Cindy (in her bunny costume), and Yoko...well there's not much TO Yoko tbh.
Besides, I'm sure I'm not the only one with memories from playing RE: O and File 2 for a couple of years.
Tbh, the only reason the game wasn't as successful as previous REs was because the main draw of the game - online console play - was only in it's infancy when Outbreak was released. I reckon a new Outbreak game in this gen would be ridiculously popular (provided it's free).
I agree with Gothic Girl, online especially in a game like RE was still brand new and I think that for it's time, Capcom did a great job of it. (a few misses but still)
Outbreak 2 was a joke. Then again, no DLC at the time....still..inexcusable.
also it was impossible to communicate with your teammates when you played online, so if they made a new Outbreak, they would have several vital things to improve or else it would be as shit as the PS2 ones were.
The offline campaign was impossible due to the idiotic teammates, and the multiplayer was so flawed with its limitations, especially when it came to communication. The game failed, and trust me, I was aniticpating that game more than most people.
My opinion is that Outbreak is an excellent game with an even better concept.
I'd rather play that than RE5 tbh.
5 years, 400 people and next gen consoles and the game is just a rehash of RE4 with co-op. Umbrella Chronicles was better imho.
And as for RE5 succeeding, I believe the hype Capcom has pulled of worked wonders. This game was hyped, and several times over thought to be GotY by several people. Now......now it's just......whatever.
The game sold well, good. The game in general was a good blockbuster. Thats it. Not what I expected from Resident Evil. Now here's hoping that RE6 is actually something different.
Lol, you can say "I was wrong" now.
It is incredibly twisted and wrong of me to like something you don't like.
This....this is why the world is as it is today.
My opinion is just as good as anyones, I know the flaws of the game and I still like. I found it refreshing, I liked the concept of ordinary survivors, and basically outbreak was the beta L4D.
So don't say my opinion is wrong. If you loved RE5 I won't say your opinion is wrong so stuff it.
How is an opinion of something I like wrong?
