IGN had created a top co-op list of 10 video games that used the feature best. I'm certainly glad of there No.1 choosing as I've played this game and I must say it is the best co-op game you can get. The games are on different gaming consoles and not just one. Although I'm surprised Halo 2 made it into the top 10 list because I've played this game and didn't understand what all the hype was about.

10.) Ikaruga
9.) House of the Dead III
8.) Guitar Hero II
7.) Halo 2
6.) ToeJam & Earl
5.) The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
4.) The Simpsons Arcade
3.) Double Dragon
2.) Gauntlet
1.) Contra

That's a cool list. I believe them on Contra and Double Dragon, those were two NES games I played for quite some time.

I'm surprised Halo 2 didn't get higher up. Then again, Gauntlet and Contra were pretty good.

House of the Dead III was a brilliant game. I've actually beaten it in an arcade after spending about £10 (7 of which were on the last boss), but HotD IV is crap.

I spent many hours playing Contra on the Sega Genesis, beating it multiple times. I love the weapons, heh. Soon, Army of Two will make this list.

Where's Tekken?! The leave the out the ultimate coin-op game. Meh, I also don't see what the fuss is over the Halo series. I've never been a big fan.

Where' Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance? Gauntlet Dark Legacy is much better than Seven Sorrows.
