We all know Japanese TV is a little on the wacky side, but these ads for the Nintendo Wii take it to a whole new level. Talking pigs, beer drinking women, strip-shows on public transport.... wait what does this have to do with the Wii again?

The Nintendo Wii's control system may have reinvented the gaming industry, but it's also encouraged some terribly weird games to be created. Particularly in Japan.

Japanese TV isn't "normal" at the best of times. But these strange Wii games still need TV promotion... and how do you promote a weird game? You make an even weirder commercial, of course.

This one is even more original because it's only showing the classic controler ... That's a "full circle".

What can I say after seeing that number one, Muscle March trailer. I don't know if I should laugh at it, or cry about it, think it could be interesting to play or not want to come within 500km of it. That had to be... the most bizarre trailer I have ever seen in my entire life. Just... wow.

If for some godforsaken reason Muscle March actually makes it way to the NA Wii Shop Channel, it's a Day 1 purchase.

I can't stand animals that speak English for some reason, but animals speaking Japanese -- well I seem to find it hilarious!

Hahaha. I love the Monster Hunter one. I've watched it like five times now.
