The Playstation 3 Center put together a nifty study for what they believe is the PS3 Top Most Wanted Games. From what they have on there, it is hard to disagree. The list varies from games such as Final Fantasy XIII to Metal Gear Solid 4. I encourage all PS3 owners to take a look at what our peers are saying about Sony's gaming future.

"The most wanted list in Japan’s Famitsu magazine is dominated by PS3 titles showing promise for the future.

The PS3 may not be the best selling console right now in Japan but it definitely has a lot of games coming out for it which people are dying to get their hands on. Famitsu released their most recent most wanted list and four PS3 games make up the top five titles on the list.

This shows a lot of promise for the future of the PS3 as it shows that Sony has games coming out for the console that people want to play more than anything else. The problem is that these games are not yet released. Once they are released though Sony and the PS3 could be making a hell of a comeback.

The four games in the top five start at #2 with Final Fantasy XIII by Square Enix followed by Biohazard 5 (Resident Evil) by Capcom at #3. #4 is dominated by Metal Gear Solid 4 from Konami and #5 by Monster Hunter 3, also from Capcom.

Also making the most wanted list is Everybody’s Golf 5 from Sony at #11, Devil May Cry 4 from Capcom at #13, Final Fantasy Versus XIII from Square Enix at #16, and the highly anticipated Gran Turismo 5 from Sony at #18. The game which took number one was Dragon Quest IX for the DS by Square Enix, which is no surprise as the DS dominates Japan right now."

I agree, they are worrying over nothing right now. I personally don't want to see a PS3 price drop yet. It will show competitors that Sony is giving in too easy. Wait till next year sometime, by then all the good games will be released for the console.

Your wrong if they lower the price even if its 100 or 50 ppl will start getting more. And then those games coming out makes the games and console sell like hotcakes.

Well I don't think it will make the 360 look like a dreamcast...they have some very promising titles coming out them selves, but i do think that this is going to be a good selection of games coming the 3rd and 4th quarters

I know my list alone is over 10 games

Are you kidding? Hope so. All consoles are looking to have a powerful bunch of titles heading our way in the 3rd and 4th quarters, so all gamers are in for a treat whatever happens.

Looks like Sony's going to have some luck this year. The games look great, so it's going to be a real good opportunity for us. Final Fantasy is probably going to be the first game of my choice.
