I've always found it strange when people say that the reason game-to-movie adaptations don't work is because games don't have solid stories. Clearly those people have never played the games on this list. Here are totalfilm.com's Top 15 Most Cinematic Gaming Moments...

      i cant agree with the MGS4 vote mind, there are 3 better ones
      the "Volta" scene, REX vs RAY or Snake vs Ocelot

      I watched that like a decade ago, and then on cinemax a few months ago.

      I'd forgotten how odd it was. It's one of those movies that lets you run with the creepy.

      They should remake that if anything, just because it didn't seem to get much attention back when it was released.

    They realize that cinematic doesn't necessarily mean it has a cinema counter-part, which means they could have had a much more diverse number of choices (or worded it properly)?

    That said it was actually a good article, even if it was in list form.
