Here are 10 things you can do on November 10th rather than play Modern Warfare 2. Includes releases, births, deaths and other curious occurances on this "Historic" Date. Why just play a Marine when you can actually hang out with one?

#10) Sit down with friends and celebrate the birth of porno actress Sammie Rhodes. If anything can distract you from video games...she can.

    I know i already have my list of something to do on the 10th November:

    Save my money and spend it on Left 4 Dead 2 on the 20th, much better than Call of Duty: Yet another generic war game 2.

      I wish I could get as excited about LFD2 as you are. From what I've been reading it is just more of the same?

        Hell no, I've played the demo because i pre-ordered it so i got the demo a week early and i must say, they've taken a hell of alot of time putting detail into it! It's well polished and has COMPLETELY changed from the original, new models for all the old special infect + 3 more new special infected. New weapons and support items. Also included in the full retail game are 2 new co-operative modes, realism mode which makes the game alot more difficult and challenging and a new versus mode entitled scavenge, were the survival team have to try and collect as many gas tanks as possible to fuel a generator whilst the infected try and stop them.

        Seriously you can tell they really put alot of effort into this game to make it exactly what the fans want, if you buy it i can tell you you will not be unpleased!

          Not a WHOLE lot of effort in, they looked at the papers and said "Well this, this and this wasn't very good so lets fix that and then add a bit of polish on the things that are good." It's a great plan and I respect them for taking that route but it's not like they've rebuilt the game from the ground up. Uncharted 2 did the same thing. Only HUGE reboot i've seen this year is Killzone 2, and they made the wrong choice cause that took an extra 3 years! Still made a wicked game though so...

    You could just play Tekken 6 as it is much better than call of rubbish

        Tekken 6 is a good fighting game it's just far too shallow. Maybe that is the downside of the genre it is in but the fighting genre hasn't followed into next gen with as much grace as other genres. The gameplay is still the same as it was on the Playstation 1, the single player campaign is terrible at times and the only good side is the graphics, it's online is incredibly laggy.

    Well I probably won't be playing MW2 ever.I saw a vid of the game and thought the game looked AWESOME but I still have no interest in getting it.
