This is a list of the top seven role-playing games that will be released on next-gen consoles in 2010, going from early January to projected dates sometime in Holiday of 2010.

Several publishers skipped out on the holidays of 2009 and have took to the skies to help make 2010 the year that every gamer dreams of. That’s right, 2010 is turning out to be a year that will steal hundreds upon hundreds of hours from gamers. So it’s time to invest our concentration on the role-playing games of 2010. The RPG genre on the Xbox 360 has surpassed what the original Xbox served up, so expectations continue to rise. Will 2010 turn out to be better than 2009? We can only cross our fingers with the line-up detailed below so don’t get mad if this game or that game doesn’t ship on the projected release date. Even so each and every one of the seven games below should be purchased if you are, in any form or fashion, into role-playing games.

Why not just rename it "Top 1 RPG coming out in 2010"

Everyone knows which one I'm talking about

Though tbh I'm most looking forward to Fable 3.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot about FF13, I suppose that makes 2.

I need Fallout: New Vegas myself, that's my #1 probably.

I'm more interested in Versus XIII too. I'm a bit curious about Arcania though.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fable 3 slips off of next year.

Persona 5 could hit though. It's been semi-announced. I'd love to see a next-gen Persona.
