There are many contenders to the title of most evil products in the gaming industry. Godawful games and their characters, awkward and evil peripherals and money grabbing corporations, they all should have place on this list.

In my quest to find the absolutely most evil products in the video gaming industry I found it too hard to narrow things down to a manageable size. Do I concentrate of money-hungry companies that churn out garbage in order to get rich off some misguided gamers? Do I come up with a list of the absolute worst consoles and peripherals that have stolen our money and may have even injured us? Do I stick to the psychological aspect and remind everyone of the digital horrors that have irreparably warped our minds?

In the end, I decided to compromise and create a compendium of countdowns and choose hideously despicable creation from each of the five categories I’ve laid out (Game Characters, Games, Peripherals, Consoles, and Developers). So let us get a little dirty, and hopefully a little educated, and learn how to avoid The Most Evil Products in the Gaming Industry!
