This is a list from gaming website PlanetXbox360.com of the top 10 sleeper hits of 2010, games that are worth a complete play-through but may not be getting the mainstream attention that many other releases do; check it out!

After weeks of deliberation and in-house arguing, we have finally narrowed down our picks for the Top 10 Sleeper Hits of 2010. It was a long process of eliminating titles that may or may not be overlooked, so we decided on a solid ten gaming picks that we feel need more attention and love from the gaming community - and in the end will be worth every second of game time. These are the top 10 games coming out next year that we think, even though they are not on everyone's radar, will score some high reviews and make major bucks in the sales department.

    So I assume 'sleeper hit' means 'games other than God of War, Mass Effect and Final Fantasy?'.

    Can we all just get over Bayonetta already, I was actually gonna rent the game before it got hyped to death.

    360 only games are off my list unless I decide to buy one when Alan Wake comes out.

    Regardless of the hype Bayonetta gets, it's still a pretty decent game. Coming from someone who isn't a fan of hack and slash gaming, I found the game mechanics quite interesting.

    Fable 3 and Fallout: New Vegas will definitely be my two games of the year. I don't see why people enjoy God of War so much tbh. Never played Mass Effect and Final Fantasy you have to be into that sort of thing I suppose, which I most definitely am not.

    Anyway, that's completely off topic. I've seen Red Dead Redemption get a fair bit of publicity though to be fair (I've seen it on and off the Dashboard repeatedly over the past few months) and I think that looks like a decent game.

    Bayonetta is supposed to be a sleeper hit? Oh lol at the bad vocabulary, sleepers are by definition products that soak into the public consciousness sloooowly.

    Only one I'm really hyped for is Red Dead Redemption.
