    I'm kind of surprised to see that AC2 was considered enough to be at the top. I have nothing against it, but I figured Arkham Asylum would beat everything out of the water.

    I'm playing Ass Creed II now and I must say, it is a strong contender. But then, I haven't played Batman yet. It's on my next "To play" list!

    GOTY awards are kind of all over the place this year; there doesn't seem to be any one game that's just dominating the awards (kind of like MGS4 did). Every site seems to have something different for the most part. Guess that goes to show how great 2009 was for gaming.

    arkham asylum wasn't even game-of-the-month, let alone goty. it's just certifiable proof that if you dress up mediocrity with nostalgia-inducing voices and characters, people eat it right the *bleep* up.
