Top 10 Xbox 360 Games to Play Before You Die

This is a list of the top 10 Xbox 360 games to play before you die, chosen by the editor-in-chief of gaming website PlanetXbox360.com - the list only includes titles previous/current to Microsoft's next-gen console.

The other night I was wasting time at our local GameStop looking over what new PC and Playstation 3 titles recently hit the shelves and I began talking to the sales associate about the state of the current console wars. He asked me to name my top 10 currently released Xbox 360 titles and see how many of them are exclusive to Microsoft’s system and how they compared to last-gen gaming; the following list is a result of that conversation. Remember that there are many other high-quality games available to play on the Xbox 360 as of today but if someone came to me weeks before they left this earth, and asked for my top 10 Xbox 360 games to play - I would choose these. After each title is a brief excerpt from our official review as well as the final score we gave the game back when it was originally released. Some of the sequels I chose (or vice versa) doesn’t mean the other is not playing, I just liked one a bit more than the other; if one of the series is on the list both are worth playing.

    Why does Dead Rising always get left out of these lists, that game is an unloved gem

    Kind of surprising with Mass Effect 2 already on the list and so high but eh maybe I need to get into it more.

    Lol for a second I thought the image was the best games, I was about to say most of those are shit,

    But agree for the most part, Mass Effect 2 is a surprise being number one since it was just released but is a great game.

    Hm, it's not too bad a list. We'd all have different lists of games that we believe everyone should play before it's too late. xD With the title though, I expected more 'underrated titles' rather than ones that were quite anticipated.

    Seems to lack very many exclusive titles imo. I definitely want to play games like ME2, Gears of War, and Halo extensively at some point though.

    top 10 xbox 360 games to play before you kinda get bored with gaming in general and take up another hobby that isn't painfully dull and predictable.

    aside from me2, which i haven't played and can't judge, and bioshock.
