Agree with this for sure. I love to play the Donkey Kong Country games. I never beat the games but I always start a brand new file when I play the game. Usually goes the same for any of the games listed. It actually tempts me to play a few of these games on my few days off.

And Super Mario Brothers was my first video game ever.

      I have beaten all 3 (4 isn't worth playing imo) 100% (or technically 101% 102% 103%) multiple times.

What do you mean by 4? DK64? Because there wasn't a 4th DKC. But I'm actually working on DKC now because of this article.

Yeah I mean DK 64. I have 0 interest in that game.

I dunno. I really enjoyed DK64. I got 101% on it and all. DKC games are much much better but DK64 is still pretty good.

I have no interest in a DKC game that has guns in it even if they are made with forest materials.Plus I'm not a big fan of 3D platformers and MUCH preferr 2D ones.

To each their own then. I personally enjoyed the game a lot. Wasn't much for the guns but some of the things you had to do to get a golden banana was pretty fun.

A top 10 list I actually agree with!

DK, Mario, and Sonic for sure. Never was a Pokemon fan, but okay. And who can NOT put FFVII on any of their lists?

[that last part was sarcasm, btw]

Isn't it kind of redundant to have Pokemon Blue AND Red seeing though they were virtually the same game...

Pretty much agree with all the list, might swap out the original Super Mario for Super Mario 3 or Super Mario World but that is just nitpicking.

I noticed this too. The people need to seriously rethink this list.
I don't remember any SNES games, so I can't really further examine it.

Honestly I would probably put DKC ahead of Mario.

The DKC series imo is the BEST series on SNES.

To this day I still play the DKC games and they are still simply brilliant.

Starwars: Shadows of the Empire and Goldeneye 007 on the N64 were my first games ever to play.
