A list that features the top 10 games that effectivly used drugs to make games fun. It's surprising which game is No.1 because I thought it would be the Grand Theft Auto series but it was No.8 on the list.

    Well, they were right, I had no idea what they were talking about for #1.

    I can smell trouble with this, because if those government yahoos get a hold of this they will start saying shit like "Super Mario is bad because it encourages you to abuse mushrooms" and stuff like that.

    Yeah, the order of the list is pretty weird. I never heard of #1 though! I mean, I used that calculator, but never knew you could do something like this

    hahahah, wow, i almost forgot about that game drug wars. One of the kids at my school programmed it to rename all the places after buildings on campus. Great fun.

    Not funny Evanster. And if you read the first comment, you'd see it was because they said it encourages the use of mushrooms. I think it's pretty stupid. I've played some of these games for years and never once affiliated them with drugs.

    the mushrooms=drugs isnew to me, i would have never have thought about it that way, and pac man that one, uhm the way he eats all of the little dots/the enemys/strawberries and stuff located around the arena?

    Haha a drug simulator, I need to try that at some point.

    As for games such as Mario and Pacman, the use of drugs in their games never really crossed my mind in the past. So I hope nobody goes and over-reacts over them now.

      Ya, I mean some deserved to be on there, like Narc and GTA, but Pan Man, I dont really think that pac pellets are drugs.

    Grand Theft Auto was on 8th? Man, that game was all about drugs. Its kinda dumb it didn't get a better rank

      Yeah I thought that was a bit funny. Grand Theft Auto should have been 3rd or 4th or at-least ahead of Resident Evil 4. No surprise to see Scarface or Grand Theft Auto on the list.

    I don't know whether to feel old, or just to acknowledge the lower ages of people who didn't notice the drug "references" years ago in games like Resident Evil, Mario, and Pac-Man

    In RE you chop up the herbs and they even show up on a small brown piece a paper (a blunt) when you mix them. Mario eats 'shrooms and gets "big." Pac-Man is eating little pellets and flips out when he swallows a big one (ecstasy?).

    Never thought I'd see Mario or Pac-Man on that list. Not once did it occur to me that Mario's "Mushrooms" or Pac-Man's "Power Pellets" could be considered drugs.

    I can't say that I thought Pac-Man's power pellets were drugs, but I suppose you could look at them that way. XD

    Nice set of list and the only time I think the Mario series I thought had the mushrooms relate to drugs was the one Robot Chicken episode.

    i don't think i ever thought of the mario mushrooms as drugs before.. i can get pacman though...someone who eats as many yellow dots as him has to be on drugs...

    I never noticed these things before, but arn't Mushrooms ment to be healthy for you, they sell Mushrooms at all vegtable stands and at super markets.
