With so few N64 titles available for download on the Wii's Virtual Console, it's obvious Nintendo has some work to do. These are five N64 classics that deserve the Virtual Console treatment.

Even though I still own Donkey Kong 64 on my Nintendo 64. I would still buy it for the Virtual Console. That game is one of my favorite games ever.

I do agree that Nintendo has some work to do with the N64 category on the VC. There isn't a huge selection there.

Donkey Kong 64 would be AWESOME. But, considering Rare is with MS now chances of it happening are slim to none (even though, who actually owns the rights to DK64? Nintendo or Rare?)

We still need Earthbound on the VC first and foremost.

Lucky for us Nintendo owns the rights. But it's still a shock that they haven't brought DK64 out yet. Unless they're waiting for something.

Banjo Kazooie and Tooie would be great to have on the VC but we won't see them on the VC.

Nintendo owns the rights to the DK franchise and as such can have the game on the Virtual Console. Donkey Kong Country on the SNES has the Rare logo, but it's still available for download on the VC.

As for Earthbound, while I would love to see that game on the VC along with countless others, that's highly doubtful. Too many pop culture references are in that game, and I'm not sure Nintendo would want to pay copyright fees.
