Tonberry
Since its first appearance in Final Fantasy V, this green hued, chef knive and lantern wielding robed figure has been seen in every main Final Fantasy title. For those who have slain many enemies, the Tonberry's Karma or Everybody's Grudge attack can be very painful since the damage is based on how many enemies you have killed. These attacks are not the only ones in a Tonberry's arsenal, as some are able to cast Holy and Pearl. In Final Fantasy XII, there is no actual Tonberry but one of the airships is code named after this popular creature.
