10 Classic Video Game Commercials

Video game commercials used to be very, very different. That's probably a good thing, but these 10 cheeseball ads are still pretty entertaining in their own special way.

We thought it would be fun to revisit some of these masterpieces of marketing to see how far companies like Nintendo have come.

    Ahhh back in the days when video game commercials were awesome.

    I remember the Zelda rap and the Dr. Mario commercial. Good memories.

    Another great classic video game commercial is the Super Smash Brothers commercial. Now that was a commercial that made me buy a game!
