Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

Maybe we don't need any more MMOs, but there are certainly franchises existing right now worth converting. Game Podunk's blogger, MonkJammas nominates 6 license games that will make interesting MMOs.
Since World of Warcraft put MMOs in vogue, a huge variety of MMOs have sprung up, ranging from space operas to fantasy adventures. Many of these games are original IPs, others are based on pre-existing games, and others have taken inspiration from literature and film. DC Universe Online is, of course, based on the world of DC Comics. Other notable licensed games are Lord of the Rings Online and the upcoming Star Wars: The Old Republic. These have all had varying degrees of success, and it is obviously a market that developers and publishers are eager to leave an imprint on. Playing through DC Universe Online got me thinking about what other licensed products would convert well to the brutal world of the MMO. All the suggestions in the list are deadly serious, except for the ones that aren’t. I hope you can tell which are which.
