I found the Motion Controls part amusing, because when I first got my Wii I thought I had to run around while I played tennis in Wii Sports.

A pretty decent list. Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft have all had their fair share of stuff ups, and that's not even getting started on those other problems.

How the *bleep* is DLC not mentioned? On top of making ridiculous features such as regenerating health and "cover and shoot, repeat to win the game" a normality in the FPS genre.

Apart from those obvious screw-ups, some decent points.

I dunno, probably cause DLC is great when it's done right.

Nah I disagree, I believe that all DLC should be included with the main game when it is first released, or completely free. You've already paid for the first game, why the *bleep* should you pay extra? Companies like Activision have made a shitload of money through this, and I don't blame them for taking advantage since there are so many willing to fork out extra cash for some shitty maps on CoD or a sparkly flying horse on WoW.

Think of it like this, do you prefer "Here's your whole cake, you can have some more later if you enjoy it!" or "Here's part of your cake, if you want the rest you have to pay up"..

Well there's your problem... don't look at Activision for an example of anything for business ethics.

you pay because you are getting additional content that is not neccesary to enjoy the game, at least in most cases. Capcom is one of the only ones guilty of charging for content that should have been in the game. many other devs will either give you that stuff for free if you only pre order the game or they will give you a really full, complete experience with the DLC. Undead Nightmare for RDR was well worth the price for example.

I've never had the red ring of death happen to me, thankfully. But then again, I don't play my 360 for half a day at a time.

Yeah. Didn't quite get the point of that.
