This is a top 5 list look at virtual video game assassinations that take place in modern day shooters, from gaming website PlanetXbox360.com - considering what happened this weekend with Bin Laden it seems like a natural fit for a top list.

Osama Bin Laden was killed this week and to mark the occasion, a list of the Top 5 assassinations in modern day shooters has been compiled. The list takes into account who gets killed, how they get killed, and how cool it was to kill them. When I put it like that it sounds a bit demented, but if you’ve played through these games, you know how awesome the moments are. This list does contain spoilers, so reader beware. With that in mind, read on to see if your favorite assassination has landed on this list.

    2 COD games on this list means this list is garbage. i could see 1, but 2? really? why dont you give some other games credit, like the Hitman series, you know like games where the whole POINT is assassinating people. ive done some pretty friggin awesome assassinations in Hitman.
