    I really don't see the point in all these silly top 10 lists. Top 10 villains or something is fine but Top Ten Characters who use electricity in some way? seems a bit contrived. How about top ten tank tops in gaming?

    Well, some of it makes sense, but where are good characters? I know Raiden is one of them but i know like 3 electric charged characters.
