I'm not really a fan of Resident Evil, but I was surprised that Albert Wesker was actually #9 in the list.

I am a bit surprised, I didn't really expect any Final Fantasy enemy to get a higher place than Sephiroth. Also, I find it a bit odd that villains like Weiss from Dirge of Cerberus and Dr. Eggman from the Sonic the Hedgehog games did not make it to the list. Eggman destroyed half the moon and nearly destroyed Earth as well, so why wasn't he on that list? Zant probably could have been on that list too, as he did cover all of Hyrule in twilight, making everyone become souls.

i figured bowser would make it on the list, how many games is he in now. lol

Shang Sung! I hate him, he looks like he has a muscle spasm in his arm when he fights.

Mantis should of been higher, and more MGS characters should of been in there.

Eh, the list could have been better. Bowser and Ganon should have been higher, Ganon a lot higher.

Some of the vllains didn't make sense given the spot they recieved, but when you think about it, they only had ten slots to put the top villains from every game ever created.

Who the hell is Kefka and Shang Tsung? Why are they #1 and #2??

Sephiroth doesn't deserve #1, Kefka sure does though I thought that Ganondorf should be higher up the list, but I completely agree with who they have as #1.

Ganondorf shouldn't be that low. He should be much higher. Mantis should be higher, as well. Shang Tsung isn't all that great, he should be much lower, if there at all.

Thank God Sephiroth didn't make #1. And Diablo making it onto the list is awesome.

The problem with "Top ____ List" is that all of these are done up in someones own opinion. Obviously people are going to disagree. However, it seems this person who made the list isn't that familiar with end boss popularity.

Of course, people are arguing who should be higher/lower #1 off the list, on the list, etc..

Its the article writer's opinion...not a bad list though ;;

It's nice to see Kefka getting some recognition for a change. He was an epic bad guy ... Though #1 spot is a bit of a stretch. He certainly wasn't as memorable or well-known as Bowser, Wesker, Sephiroth, or Ganondorf.


The rest of the list is pretty good. I'm a bit iffy with some of the placements though, but overall most of the characters that are there deserve to be there.

Wesker is way underrated, RE's magnificent plot alone revolved around him...AND STILL DOES.

Psycho Mantis, also underrated, he's the only boss in gaming history that requires you to change your controller from port 1 to port 2 so he wouldn't read your mind, that's memorable.

Shang Tsung is pretty much awesome, his shapeshifting helps in EVERY MK game, especially his Kintaro fatality in MK2.

Hmmm... not likin' it. Ganondorf = 3rd, Bowser = 2nd, Sephy = 1st, and Kefka = Who the heck is Kefka?

I don't know that many non Nintendo villains, I always go for their consoles instinctively, although some Xbox and Xbox360 I have played games are rather good, but Jack of Blades, the convenient and the Flood don't stand out to me as villains. But based on the fact Bowser was above Gannondorf I don't like it. In an Nintendo top five though I know how I would put them.

The most evil by far. They steal the lives of all people from them slowly and enjoyably with and addictive game-play. Being the final sign of the end of this order and the beginning of absolute computer supremacy, as while the destruction of humanity through a transformation into one with machines.
