I didn't really think any of these games seem that much controversial, at least a bit violent. What about that game where you could urinate on corpses? Now THAT was controversial!

These were the ones that were violent and made big splashes with the media. There are a ton of violent games out there but these ones made the most noise in terms of violence. I'm still surprised though that Manhunt didn't make more noise than it did. That has to be the most violent game out there and there was little to no controversy surrounding it.

But I agree some of these werent that big a deal. Silent Hill and Madworld, mainly. Death Race, MK, Doom, GTA were some heavy hitters with the media.

Twin, did you read the article? The game where you piss on people, Postal 2, is in there, plus logical reasons(and proof), why each game is controversial in their own way.

Twin.. they where and still are many of them bulletstrom got issues from states and other nations . Mortal kombat new game is still getting heat and forcing them to change the law in aus. they wanted to ban the game completely. postal you light people on fire can pee on them and kick them when dead destroying there dead body and light it on fire. the mortal kombat game was delayed in large part to do with legal issues. such as "On November 22, 1997, thirteen-year-old Noah Wilson died when his friend Yancy stabbed him in the chest with a kitchen knife. The mother of Noah, Andrea Wilson, alleges that her son was stabbed to death because of his obsession with the Midway game Mortal Kombat. She alleges that Yancy S. was so obsessed with the game, that the child thought he was actually the character Cyrax."
