MP1st writer xGrahamDJx lists the top ten new IPs of this generation (2005 - present). Some included are the Uncharted Series, Mass Effect, Dead Space, Gears of War, and Bioshock.

A brilliant and successful new IP can affect an entire generation of games and game players; I consider these to be the best new franchises of this current generation (2005-present).

    No Assassin's Creed, I agree with most of the games on that list, but Assassin's Creed is bigger and better than most of those games easily. Big game to miss there.

    TWO WORLDS?!?!? what are you smoking? those games are awful. like Shadow said, put AC up there, definitely take Two Worlds out. i cant think of something better than AC right now so switch those 2. unless Red Dead counts, but since its technically a sequel to Red Dead Revolver, maybe it doesnt.

    otherwise i probably agree with it mostly.
