The Top 5 Mario Games

Mario has been in over 250 games. Goozernation attempts to near down the top 10 Mario games of all time to the top 5. What makes the cut into the top 5? Will Mario Galaxy be mentioned? What about Super Mario RPG? Where does Paper Mario fall?

    I actually have to say this article is fairly similar to how I would rank the Mario games as well. Legend of the Seven Stars would be my number one game though with Super Mario World right behind it. Those games are really what got me into the Mario series and it's so hard to believe another game could surpass them though Super Mario 64 did come close.

    Galaxy wouldn't be my 5th but it would definitely be my sixth with Paper Mario taking 5th place. I just absolutely loved Paper Mario.

      How did you find that game?

      For me it wasn't great in terms of a Paper Mario game but when I thought of it as just another Mario game, it wasn't so bad.

        I haven't played all of those games but going off newer versoins of them (Mario Kart ds/Wii) I probably agree. Although I was expecting Super Mario Land 3D

    Although i don't completely agree with this list, I do agree with Super Mario World being in the Top 5. Man did I love that game.

    Was going to flip out because I didn't see Super Smash Bros on there until I realized it wasn't a Mario game, haha.

    Super MNario World is my number one favourite Mario aswell
