First gameplay trailer for Sonic Unleashed!!

Sonic was once a popular game and almost at one time competed against Mario, but those days left with some bitter taste with the fans in recent years. With bad Sonic games which didn't feel like a Sonic game and didn't do it well.

Can Sonic Unleashed bring Sonic from the grave and give it back its popularity? Who knows, but see for your self on the first Gameplay trailer for Sonic Unleashed.

    No. Sonic turns into a warewolf in this game. Just... no.

      Normally, I'd agree. But we haven't even seen how the werewolf segments work. For all we know, that stuff could simply stay in cutscenes and/or boss battles. So I'll wait until I see a good amount of the gameplay before I judge.

    This looks like a pretty decent game, I like the fact it has the 2-D elements from Sonic Rush and the 3-D elements from Sonic Adventure 2,

    A bit too simple for my tastes but looks a vast improvement on the previous games. Nice graphics for the Wii as well.

      I think it is pretty advanced. But either way I can't wait to see some more gameplay vids.

    ´Here we go!´

    I am really looking foward to this. I really enjoyed Sonic and The Secret Rings and those parts look really well mixed in. It also seems to have some of the other good 3D elements included, and yet all in all it seems to have Sonic Rush sort of stuff at the base, if the blue aura is anything other than an effect that is.

    I hope i'm not the only one to say this, but, i'ld rather buy my old sega megadrive and sonic back. Sonic for Megadrive was the best one. It's the sega game that I remember the most.

    I'll check out the reviews first. If the whole game is set up like the first 4 were then I'll definitely get this. None of that free-roaming bullshit we saw a year or so ago.

    Does this look like that game Sonic 3D or something? I've never played any Sonic games except the last PS3 one, so I wouldn't know. But I heard it looked like it. . .

    This looks pretty decent The video didn't show much action, but seems like it was returning to the Sonic roots. I might pick this one up, if for no other reason beside it seems like a good one for the kids and family!

    Looks beautiful, but too similar gameplay-wise to Secret Rings for my taste. I really didn't like Secret Rings, largely due to the horrible controls, but I still prefer the Sonic Adventure series.

    This video is old But heck,it has great music, and it looks like sonic never stops running,unlike SONIC 360/PS3 and SONIC HEROES where he stops to solve puzzles.

    Yes, because I Sega has definatley been giving me a reason to be cofident with all of the past 3D Sonic games. I can say that this one is going to be a gem just like the others. Sonic as a werewolf? Cool!!111! I can't wait!!11!!
