Proof that an Xbox 360 Motion Controller is coming?

In a Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts video with the developer speaking about Showdown Town, he mentioned something in the video which means a Xbox 360 motion controller may be coming. If you skip to the 4:00 mark, the developer says "So you basically grab with the wrench, and then you twist the controller around..."

Could this be the motion controller for the 360 that we've been hearing about?

    The 'motion controller' wouldn't come unti the next Xbox system... and if I remember correctly Nuts and Bolts is for 360

    And the game is due out this year right?
