      Ive never played a Fatal Frame game before. On scale of 1-10, how scary have these games been? I am not into scary games, but I think my mom would like this.

        A definite 10. Up until Siren: Blood Curse, the Fatal Frame series are definitely the scariest games I've ever played.

        I'd give it an 8 overall, but the quality of the games are definitely worth a 10, even if not for scare factor.

      I'd say it's an 8-9 in terms of scares. I've had my fair share of moments when I looked like the girl in the Fatal Frame commercial.
