InsertCredit have found a super speedy video showing somebody completing Portal's 14th Level in just 4 seconds!

If you like speedruns, it doesn't get much speedier than this - Portal's chamber 14 done in 4 seconds.



I'm baffled as to what even happens in this video.

    He makes a portal on the ceiling, then one on the floor, slightly nearer him than the other one. He then falls through the one on the floor, and as a result comes out of the one in the ceiling with some momentum. He then shoots a portal at the floor in front of the lift which accesses the next elevator, which replaces the portal on the ceiling. He falls through the portal in the floor and the momentum chucks him up in the air, and because of the slight difference in positioning of the original two portals, he has some forward momentum as well. He is now on top of the lift and can complete the level.

    That's what the *bleep* just happened.

        I've seen another video of someone doing it in three seconds, and that's how it was done there. I presume it's the same here.

    I wonder if that is how the dev's predicted people would have to do to get the 0:10 time achievement.
