Final Fantasy IV meets Soul Calibur

A nice bit of you didn't like Soul Calibur III much, at least compared to its predecessors (and now, successor), but some feel its character creation system is the best in the series. As such, some fella cooked up a few characters from Final Fantasy IV with it and got 'em to duke it out. Overall, it's solid stuff, especially Kain.

Before we got hooked on the DS remake of Final Fantasy IV a Soulcalibur III player took the time to craft models for Cecil, Kain, Rydia, and Edge based on the new character designs. Whoever designed Kain did an admiral job by creatively giving him a “Jump” move. You can see it in the first fight with Cecil versus Kain. The Rydia vs. Edge fight (second video) is pretty good too since it appears both players have magical powers. Good stuff that’s likely to be forgotten since the soul burns for high definition graphics.

Very nice. I'm so addicted to FFIV it's not even funny......and if I open my DS again today and get busted I'm likely to get fired......but I noticed Rosa's bikini doesn't match the cutscenes.....instead of purple I belive they're green......not that I was looking or anything. >_>

  Your superiors should be more empathetic; if they played it production would probably go down the tubes. Haha.
